Garden Place Senior Services

Garden Place services are tailored to promote senior health and well-being. From Assisted Living residential services that provide independence and security to keeping seniors socially active through Adult Day Club participation, Garden Place Senior Living is a respected and trusted part of the communities in which we serve. We provide the following services:

Assisted Living vs. Independent Living

Garden Place Assisted Living services provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities. Statistically, a typical assisted living resident is a man or a woman aged mid-80's or older and in need of help with an average of three daily activities, such as meal preparation or remembering to take medicine. In general, assisted living seniors cannot live independently in a private residence and desire more socialization but do not need the 24-hour medical care provided by a nursing home. With Garden Place Independent Living services, residents receive oversight that helps them maintain a high standard of independent living. Our staff provides reminders and assistance for tasks such as medications, ambulation, bathing (Level II care) and dressing (Level II care). However, Independent Living residents can navigate most daily activities with only a modicum of assistance. They also are interested in remaining socially and physically active for continued long-term health. The experienced staff of Garden Place will help evaluate which option is right for each resident.
